Firm and Team

Independent advice, local knowledge and senior accountability

Capital 482 is an independent investment advisory firm focused on preparing and executing private sector investments in Ukraine.

Capital 482

01

Built to connect credible projects with serious capital

We work with international investors seeking opportunities that have been thoroughly assessed and with Ukrainian sponsors that need to prepare their projects for investment. We help both parties assess the investment case and complete the preparation needed to proceed.

Established in 2023, Capital 482 provides independent advice with senior advisers closely involved in each engagement.

How we operate

02

Principles that guide every mandate

01

Independent judgement

Advice is shaped by the investment case and evidence, not by a requirement to promote every project.

02

Evidence before narrative

Commercial claims, assumptions and financial conclusions must be supported and clearly traceable.

03

Senior involvement

Experienced advisers remain accountable for the judgement, quality and direction of the work.

04

Execution focus

Preparation is designed around the decisions and actions required to move a credible project forward.
